Georgia brings both grit and heart to our kennel. From the very beginning of her training, it was clear that she had the kind of natural instincts you hope to see in a young dog. She showed strong focus, natural drive, and a willingness to work that made her stand out early. In the home, she is calm and affectionate, but in the field, she turns on the intensity and gets to work.

During her very first hunting season, Georgia quickly proved herself to be a capable and reliable hunting partner. From thick cattails to wide-open prairie, she adjusted naturally to changing terrain and bird movement. Her powerful nose and natural intuition allowed her to locate birds with consistency, while her ability to quarter and respond to direction showed maturity beyond her age.

Georgia possesses the kind of natural hunting ability that is hard to teach. She has a strong desire to work, a willingness to learn, and a natural partnership with her handler that makes her a pleasure to hunt over.

But Georgia is more than just a talented hunting dog—she has a wonderful temperament to match. She is gentle and observant around children and respectful with other dogs. At home, she enjoys being part of the family and is always ready for the next adventure, whether that’s a walk, a ride in the truck, or time spent outdoors.

Georgia’s playful side shows through when she’s exploring new places, interacting with other dogs, or eagerly loading into the truck at the first sign of hunting gear. She thrives on activity and clearly enjoys every opportunity to get out and work.

 

In the field, Georgia covers ground with confidence and purpose. She hunts with intent, naturally quarters the terrain, and transitions smoothly from motion to stillness when birds are located. Her strong nose, drive, and teamwork make her a dependable partner and an exciting dog to watch in action. Hunting alongside Georgia is always something to look forward to. To top it all off, her absolutely adorable face freckles are incredibly rare and give her a look that is unmistakably her own.
